We’re now looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who’s motivated by meaningful challenges—someone who enjoys building reliable, scalable software and solving tough problems with clarity and purpose. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect Robust Solutions: Design and build distributed systems handling critical data with high availability and performance standards.
- Own the Full Stack: Lead development across backend and frontend using Node.js, React, and scalable database solutions.
- Engineer Event-Driven Systems: Work with microservices, queues, and asynchronous messaging to create responsive and decoupled architectures.
- Optimize for Scale: Improve system performance and reliability across large datasets and concurrent users.
- Solve Real-World Complexity: Translate operational needs from security-focused clients into resilient and secure features.
- Drive Engineering Excellence: Participate in architecture reviews, mentor peers, and elevate code quality across the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of full stack development experience (Node.js + React)
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript across backend and frontend
- Solid experience with MongoDB and performance tuning for large datasets
- Familiarity with microservices, queues, and event-driven architecture
- Strong understanding of code architecture and design patterns
- Proficiency in Git with experience in team-based workflows (PRs, branching strategies, CI/CD)
- Experience using Docker in local or production environments
- Solid understanding of scalability, reliability, and clean software architecture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear ideas
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Redis, ActiveMQ, or similar message brokers
- Background in geospatial data processing and visualization
- Familiarity with Deck.gl, Mapbox, or Google Maps APIs
- Experience building internal tools or component libraries
- Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, or building agent-based systems
- Linux (Ubuntu) server administration experience
- Business Intelligence background
- Startup experience as a founder or early team member
